Five Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Murphy Fencing offers a comprehensive Five Year Craftsmanship Warranty on all installed fences.  Below is the details of our warranty:


Murphy Fencing, LLC (the "Contractor") hereby offers this transferrable warranty to _______________________________ (Customer Name) on the workmanship and craftsmanship related to the installation of the ___________________ (Type of Fence) installed on ____________________ (Installation Date) at ____________________ (Address) in _________________, _________________ (City, State) (the "Installed Fence").  For a period of sixty (60) months commencing on the Installation Date, Contractor shall repair and/or replace any defect(s) in the Installed Fence discovered by Customer or its future assignee(s) that is a result of improper or substandard installation craftsmanship as compared to comparable workmanship to other fencing companies within the metropolitan area in which the Installed Fence was installed (a "Installation Defect").  Ordinary wear and tear, warping of wood, denting of metal, rusting, erosion, and other natural aging processes are specifically excluded.  Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to repair and/or replace any Installation Defect when brought to the attention of Contractor in writing during the working season of Contractor (usually between April and September) at no charge or fee to Customer or its assignee(s).
